visual technologies categorise the remote monitoring and management of our our
digital displays into three (3) main operational states:
- GREEN – ALL SYSTEMS GO – THE DISPLAY IS FULLY OPERATIONAL, NO ERRORS WITH
HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE - AMBER – ALERT – POSSIBLE SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE FAULT, DISPLAY STILL ONLINE
AND OPERATIONAL BUT THERE MAY BE A SMALL ISSUE (COLOUR ISSUE, DATA ISSUE,
SMALL AMOUNT OF LED PIXELS OFF, SLIGHT BANDING, PC OFFLINE, ETC) - RED – EMERGENCY – CRITICAL FAULT WITH SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OR EXTERNAL
DAMAGE TO DISPLAY. DISPLAY MAY BE COMPLETELY OFFLINE OR A MAJORITY OF THE
DISPLAY MAY HAVE ISSUE (POWER SUPPLY FAILURE, 240VSUPPLY ISSUE, DISPLAY DULL
/ NOT LEGIBLE, ETC)
